As an ‘Operation Improvement-AMHS RTD’ - Intern in our research and development factory in Boise, you will work on projects that further optimize our very automated factory and improve the efficiency of both team members and processes.
This role offers exposure to a complex industrial environment and architecture, challenging you to integrate information from multiple sources and develop solutions that directly influence fab dynamics and efficiency. It provides an excellent opportunity to grow your skills while contributing to a real‑world, high‑impact project.

Responsibilities Will Include, But Are Not Limited To
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to identify, clarify, and assemble project requirements.
- Review options with customers to help design the optimal solution.
- Identify and document defects and improvement opportunities.
- Participate with end users in integration and user acceptance testing.
- Create documentation (technical specifications, test plans, deployment plans, etc.).
- Strong ability to code in SQL, Python, or similar languages to perform data extraction.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Excel, Tableau, or other data management and visualization tools is preferred.
- Actively working toward a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer engineering, computer science, or a related discipline.
