We focus on proactive risk management, containment strategies, and process excellence to support manufacturing operations and deliver world-class semiconductor products.
Position Overview
As a Front-End Central Quality Assurance (FECTQA) Engineer, you will be instrumental in safeguarding product integrity and driving quality improvements across ID1/Fab4 operations. This role involves product containment, risk assessment, and disposition of deviates, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities
- Execute product containment and risk assessment processes to maintain quality standards.
- Manage disposition of deviates and ensure timely resolution of quality issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability and reduce defects.
- Monitor and report quality metrics to leadership, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or related field.
- Experience in semiconductor manufacturing or fabrication processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for risk assessment and issue resolution.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and communicate effectively.
- Familiarity with quality systems, standards, and compliance requirements.
- Advanced degree or certifications in Quality Engineering or related discipline.
- Hands-on experience with statistical process control (SPC) and failure analysis.
- Knowledge of industry standards such as ISO or IATF.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting systems.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional quality improvement projects.
