DRAM Device & Cell Technology Engineer - Boise, Idaho
Micron is seeking experienced semiconductor device engineers to join our DRAM Device & Cell Technology team and help develop the next generation of memory technologies powering AI, cloud computing, and advanced computing systems.
We're looking for candidates with experience in:
✅ DRAM or NAND device development
✅ Semiconductor device physics
✅ Process integration
✅ Device characterization and electrical testing
✅ TCAD modeling (Sentaurus, Silvaco)
✅ Reliability analysis
✅ Advanced semiconductor technology development
Preferred Background
- M.S. or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Applied Physics, Semiconductor Engineering, or a related field
- Strong understanding of MOSFETs, capacitors, and memory device operation
- Hands-on experience with silicon experiments, data analysis, and technology development
- Experience using Python, MATLAB, JMP, or similar analysis tools
This role is ideal for engineers with industry experience in semiconductor technology development, memory devices, process integration, or device characterization who want to solve challenging DRAM scaling problems and influence future memory technology roadmaps.
