As a Process Integration Engineer, you will work with an industry-leading team to enable advanced DRAM technologies in a manufacturing environment. This role offers hands-on experience in semiconductor process integration, electrical data analysis, yield optimization, and cross-functional problem solving. You will have the opportunity to drive process improvements, influence product performance, and help accelerate technology scaling through engineering excellence and innovation.

Responsibilities
- Enable next generation DRAM technologies in manufacturing and support yield ramp activities
- Analyze electrical and inline process data to identify yield detractors, process excursions, and improvement opportunities
- Optimize process integration flows and device structures to enhance yield, performance, and manufacturability
- Monitor manufacturing performance and ensure process specifications and structural integrity meet production requirements
- Partner with cross-functional teams to solve complex technical challenges and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Materials Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience with CMOS technology and semiconductor manufacturing fundamentals
- Knowledge of semiconductor process modules such as CMP, thin films, etch, and photolithography
- Understanding of memory technologies including DRAM, NAND, and NOR
- Experience with statistical data analysis and problem-solving methodologies
- Semiconductor industry experience in process integration, process development, or yield engineering
- Knowledge of advanced DRAM technologies and manufacturing processes
- Experience with advanced CMOS process integration and technology optimization
- Experience using AI-assisted analytics to enhance data interpretation, anomaly detection, and yield improvement initiatives
- PhD in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Materials Engineering, or a related field
