Performs electrical or mechanical solving to resolve problems in non-functioning electro-mechanical equipment used in the manufacturing process Dismantles, adjusts, repairs and assembles equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, operating or repair manuals, rough sketches or drawings Uses test and diagnostic equipment to perform equipment analysis. Rebuilds manufacturing equipment as the needs arises. May perform equipment modifications as advised by engineers. Stand for up to 10 hours per shift and walk intermittently (1-5 miles per shift) to fulfill job requirements. Perform tasks while bending, crouching, or kneeling to complete job duties effectively. Apply skills in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, Excel) to efficiently complete tasks. Follow basic procedures and work independently with minimal supervision to maintain productivity and quality standards. High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to work 12-hour shifts (3 days on/4 days off and 4 days on/3 days off), progress between day and night shifts every 4 months, and adapt to different shifts and overtime as needed to support business operations. Must be capable of regularly lifting 25-40 pounds, which constitutes approximately 10% of the job duties. One years of hands-on experience working with AC/DC circuits, demonstrating a solid understanding of electrical fundamentals and basic electronic components and circuitry. AAS or AS Degree in Electronics Engineering Technology, Mechatronics, related field of study, or equivalent military experience 1 year experience using SPC software (e.g., Minitab, JMP). 2 year experience identifying performance gaps and implementing strategic improvements.
