Responsibilities
- Own and optimize portions of the product manufacturing process flow during yield ramp and sustaining phases.
- Collaborate with process teams to align process control and performance with sister fabs.
- Lead structured problem-solving efforts using methodologies such as 8D, DMAIC, and FMEA.
- Set up and analyze engineering experiments to support process improvements.
- Coordinate with defect detection, yield enhancement, product engineering, and reliability teams.
- Handle documentation including lessons learned, risk assessments, and characterizations.
- Work with planning and change control teams to implement manufacturing changes.
- Publish regular updates on module and project status to partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- 3 years of experience in the semiconductor industry (manufacturing, research, or other support roles).
- Semiconductor device knowledge, or Semiconductor processing and fabrication experience.
- Experience with semiconductor metrology, inspection, and parametric test methods. Experience in semiconductor device physics, CMOS, flash, DRAM, or probe/test flows.
- Knowledge and experience with statistical process control (SPC). Knowledge of Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA).
- Strong structured problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
