Prepare emails, letters, and other documents using Microsoft Office Suite. 7 years of experience providing high-level administrative support. 6 years of professional calendar management and experience arranging complex travel for domestic and international destinations. Proven ability within a corporation, interacting with team members at all levels of an organization to support multiple activities in parallel. Reliable attention to detail, flexibility, proactivity, resourcefulness, and efficiency, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, maintaining a 95% on-time completion rate for assigned tasks. Consistently meets or exceeds deadlines for all assigned projects, with a minimum of 90% on-time delivery rate. Possession of a valid Notary Public certification is preferred.
