We are seeking Maintenance Technicians to add to our Maintenance team in Indianapolis, IN. This role is a hands-on and directly impactful maintenance position engaged in setting up, installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining machinery and equipment, along with fabricating metal parts and tools, as needed. There are both heavy and light machinery and tools including CNC machines (Brake Press/Turret), pneumatic, and combined. The role is also responsible the overall maintenance of the manufacturing facility and grounds.
The successful candidate will possess an Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent in an industry-related field from a two-four year college or technical school, 1-3 years’ related experience and/or training, 3 years preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of mechanical and pneumatic troubleshooting and processes along with operating forklifts or other industrial lifting devices is required for the role, and experience with or knowledge of electrical (480 3-phase) preferred. Must also have a strong focus on safety and safety process including Lock Out/Tag Out and understand and be comfortable with both the working environment (non-climate-controlled facility) and physical requirements of the role (lifting, pushing pulling both up to and greater than 25lbs and standing on one's feet for extended periods of time).
There is some shift time flexibility within the position, which is onsite M - F. The role is eligible for overtime and may require coming in on a weekend periodically, as needed and required.
