This position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies in a DevOps environment while contributing to sophisticated technical solutions that support MicroHealth's commitment to excellence in healthcare IT services.Responsibilities:Architect, implement, and maintain complex Oracle and cloud-based database solutions in highly secure, mission-critical environmentsPartner with cloud infrastructure teams to deliver seamless database integration with intelligence applications and servicesSafeguard sensitive data and ensure its availability, performance, and integrity at scaleTackle a wide range of technical challenges—from advanced data modeling to integrating with big data platformsLead automation, upgrades, disaster recovery, troubleshooting, and database hardening to exceed rigorous security standardsImplement and maintain Oracle database technologies including RAC, Multitenant/CDB, Data Guard, Unified Auditing, and RMANPerform database patching, hardening/STIG compliance, ASM management, and advanced troubleshootingDevelop and optimize SQL/PLSQL code and configure Oracle Audit settingsIntegrate Oracle databases with big data platforms such as Hadoop, Spark, or cloud-based data lakesRequired Skills & Experience:Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in Business/Finance, functional and technical areasActive high-risk public trust clearanceExpertise with Oracle Database (v19c preferred)Experience with RAC, Multitenant/CDB, Data Guard, Unified Auditing, RMAN, patching, hardening/STIG, ASM, and troubleshootingProficiency in SQL/PLSQL coding, Oracle Audit configuration, and Linux (shell scripting preferred)Experience with server operating systems (Linux/Unix, Windows)Knowledge of virtualized servers and hosted server architecturesExperience with cloud (IBM/Amazon/Azure/GCP) based deployment architectureUnderstanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, solution design, building technical artifacts, system testing, deployment, and supportFamiliarity with industry-standard communication protocols (e.g., AS2, SFTP, HTTP/S, FTP/S)Knowledge of security standards (PGP/GPG, SSL certificates, SSH)Experience with relational database management systems (e.g., MSSQL, Oracle, DB2)Understanding of LDAP and integrated authenticationKnowledge of system and port architectureExperience with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) standards (e.g., X12, EDIFACT)Experience working with security controls in DevOps environmentHands-on experience implementing continuous integration and continuous deployment processes (CI/CD) using PDM and Jenkins, or similar toolDesired Skills & Experience:Oracle Certified Associate/Professional or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure certificationExperience with advanced security features (Label Security, Data Vault, Key Vault)Exposure to Oracle GoldenGateKnowledge of software development lifecycle and configuration management principlesFamiliarity with a variety of platforms (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Oracle DB Engineering)Professional Certification:SAFe 5 Agilist (SA) or more currentPhysical Demands:While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit.
