Database Solutions Developer (IBM Sterling REQUIRED)

MicroHealth is seeking a Database Solutions Developer to join our innovative team in designing, implementing, and optimizing middleware solutions. As a key technical contributor, you'll develop custom services, adapters, and protocols that enhance our systems' capabilities while collaborating within an agile framework. This position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies in a DevOps environment while contributing to sophisticated technical solutions that support MicroHealth's commitment to excellence in healthcare IT services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Process orchestration
• Upper and Lower level environment design
• Build and deploy of custom Services, Adapters, and Protocols
• Assist in the configuration of the IBM Sterling Middleware software product
• Participate as an active member of the scrum team, providing input to team velocity and sprint ceremonies, planning, demonstrations and retrospectives
• Produce quality and timely deliverables
• Provide input to the Software Design Document (SwDD), Product Operation Manual (POM) and design patterns in collaborating with multiple division teams
  
  

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree and 10 years of experience in business, functional and technical areas. An additional 8 years of experience may be substituted for the education requirement
• Business Process orchestration
• Upper and Lower level environment design
• Assist in the configuration of the IBM Sterling Middleware software product
• Experience working with security controls in DevOps environment
• Active high-risk public trust clearance
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in using:
• Server operating systems (Linux/Unix, Windows),
• Virtualized servers and hosted server architectures
• Cloud (IBM/Amazon/Azure/GCP) based deployment architecture
• Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, solution design, building technical artifacts, system testing, deployment, and support
• Industry-standard communication protocols (e.g., AS2, SFTP, HTTP/S, FTP/S)
• Security standards (PGP/GPG, SSL certificates, SSH)
• Relationship database management systems (e.g., MSSQL, Oracle, DB2)
• LDAP and integrated authentication
• System and port architecture
• Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) standards (e.g., X12, EDIFACT)
• Experience working with security controls in DevOps environment
• Hands on experience with implementing continuous integration and continuous deployment processes (CI/CD) using PDM and Jenkins, or similar tools
• Finance Pack for ITX
• Supply Chain Pack for ITX

Required Certifications:

• Certified SAFe 5 Agilist (SA)
