Position Summary
The Senior Engineer is responsible for leading technical projects and contributing to the design, development, implementation, and continuous improvement of products, systems, and processes. This role requires strong technical expertise, sound engineering judgment, and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. The Senior Engineer provides technical leadership, supports organizational objectives, and helps ensure projects are completed in accordance with quality, budget, and schedule requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead engineering projects through all phases, from concept development to implementation and validation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product, system, and process development initiatives.
- Design, develop, evaluate, and improve products, equipment, systems, or processes while ensuring compliance with applicable standards and requirements.
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to engineers and other team members to support professional growth and knowledge sharing.
- Analyze technical data, identify root causes of issues, and develop effective solutions to complex engineering challenges.
- Ensure engineering activities adhere to established quality, safety, regulatory, and operational requirements.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including specifications, reports, procedures, and other project-related materials.
- Support strategic initiatives by aligning engineering efforts with broader organizational goals and priorities.
- Lead technical reviews, testing activities, and performance evaluations to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost optimization, and operational efficiency.
- Communicate project status, risks, challenges, and recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on enhancing performance, quality, and reliability.
- Perform additional responsibilities as needed to support departmental and organizational objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline; advanced degrees or professional certifications are advantageous.
- Minimum of five years of progressive engineering experience, including responsibility for technical projects and problem-solving initiatives.
- Proficiency with industry-standard engineering, design, analysis, and project management tools.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles, development processes, and applicable standards.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated leadership, project coordination, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to a variety of audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders.

Salary : $100,000 - $130,000
