Key Responsibilities
- Hardware & Software Management: Install, configure, check, and maintain computer hardware, software, and local networks according to specifications.
- Network & Security: Develop and maintain local networks while ensuring the highest standards of internet security and data privacy.
- Troubleshooting & Problem Solving: Use critical thinking and available resources to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Inventory & Logistics: Maintain an accurate hardware and software inventory, assist with office organization, identify equipment shortages, and place orders when necessary.
- Training & Consultation: Provide technical advice, consulting, and recommendations. Assist in planning and conducting training/education for users on new software and hardware.
- System Deployment: Plan, deploy, and support diverse business IT environments featuring a mix of local PCs and servers.

Qualifications & Experience
- Hands-on experience with diverse computer systems, networks, and data privacy principles.
- Previous working experience as an IT Technician is a strong plus.
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
- Professional certifications (e.g., CompTIA A , Network , or similar IT Technician certifications) are a big plus.
