Job Title: Onsite Scheduling Coordinator
Location: Chatsworth, In-person
Job Type: Full-time, Monday-Friday 8am- 5pm
Pay rate: $28- 33

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Scheduling Coordinator who is organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused. This role coordinates onsite calibration scheduling between technicians, customers, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary point of contact for onsite calibration scheduling, coordinating communication between technicians, lab teams, customers, and vendors
- Maintain daily/weekly schedules to ensure accurate resource allocation and timely completion
- Add, update, and manage instrumentation and onsite service requests with accuracy
- Support field technicians during onsite work by handling real-time needs and coordination issues
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and resolve concerns
- Identify and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts or risks
- Prepare, review, and verify onsite service packets for accurate billing and documentation
- Track onsite paperwork, service records, and system updates for accuracy
- Maintain scheduling calendars to align team priorities and workflow
- Manage company vehicle logs and key distribution for technician use
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support service quality
- Act as liaison between laboratory teams, office staff, and customers
Requirements and Skills:
- Must have proven Calibration experience
- Military PMEL/TMDE/DOD training and familiarity with ISO 17025 standards preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Organizational, time management, and prioritization abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to meet deadlines effectively.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. for potential onsite customer visits
- Valid driver’s license, clean record, and U.S. citizen or permanent resident required.
