CNC Swiss Operator– Day, Night or Weekend Shift

Responsibilities

• Equipment operation
• Collect data from inspections
• Light process troubleshooting
• Light maintenance
• Tool selection
• 1st article inspections
  
  
  

Requirements

• Two years of experience operating CNC Swiss machinery in a manufacturing environment
• Two years of trouble-shooting experience on CNC Swiss machines
• Good math aptitude and good blueprint reading abilities.
• Good understanding of SPC and the basic elements of TQM and GD&T
• If no CNC Swiss experience, CNC background with strong ability/desire to learn Swiss is acceptable.
  
  
  

Skills:

• Needs to have solid communication skills and the ability to work under minimal supervision.
• Candidate must be able to get along and work with others and be able to work overtime if need be.
• Needs to maintain compliance with company’s policies and procedures

Schedule

• Day Shift: Monday - Thursday 5:30am - 4pm
• Night Shift: Monday - Thursday 4pm - 2:15am *
• Weekend Shift: Friday - Sunday 6am - 6pm*
• Includes 15% Shift Differential
