Education And Experience
As part of their job duties, the employee must be able to sit, stand, and walk throughout the day while frequently using their hands to handle objects and communicate verbally. Additionally, they may need to reach, stretch, push, pull, crouch, stoop, and occasionally lift objects weighing up to twenty (20) pounds. Essential Job Functions
- Provides technical support, troubleshooting and problem resolution to ensure cost, quality, delivery and safety targets are met
- Evaluates scrap and waste in assigned manufacturing areas and drives initiatives for waste reduction
- Ensures standard work procedures are established for Manufacturing and support processes to provide consistent production guidance and reduce risks related to safety, quality, and downtime
- Performs Engineering analysis, Design of Experiments (DOEs) and trials to improve and optimize manufacturing processes
- Leads or participates in capital equipment projects, including planning, procurement, design, installation, and qualification activities (DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ)
- Coordinates with Maintenance, EHS (Environmental, Health & Safety) and Operations to ensure safety measures related to area are compliant and effective
- Other duties as required in support of the department and the company*

Education And Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 Years previous engineering experience in manufacturing, process, quality or similar role.
- Working knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma tools (Green Belt preferred)
- Experience with RF cables, coax assemblies, or high-reliability interconnects is a plus
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to turn data into action
- Comfortable working on the production floor and collaborating across functions
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Strong professional written and verbal communication skills
- Able to explain complex operations and methods clearly and concisely to other team members, suppliers and customers
- Cooperates with others and treats all with respect

- Clear ANSI Z87.1 safety-rated glasses in specific areas.
