What You'll Do

As the Site Superintendent, you'll be responsible for managing every aspect of field operations from project kickoff through closeout.

• Lead daily construction activities on-site
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and trades
• Drive project schedules while maintaining exceptional quality standards
• Promote and enforce a strong culture of jobsite safety
• Review drawings, specifications, and scopes of work
• Identify and proactively resolve field issues before they impact the project
• Coordinate RFIs, submittals, field changes, and punch lists
• Maintain accurate daily reports, photo documentation, and project records in Procore
• Partner closely with the Project Manager and Estimating team to ensure materials arrive on schedule
• Conduct toolbox talks and communicate field progress with the project team
• Deliver projects that reflect Michilli's reputation for excellence

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who enjoys being in the field, takes ownership of their projects, and leads by example.

Qualifications include:

• 7–10 years of Superintendent experience with a General Contractor
• Experience managing luxury retail or commercial construction projects
• Experience managing luxury residential construction projects
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, scheduling, and sequencing
• Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors simultaneously
• OSHA 30 certification (or equivalent safety training)
• Procore experience
• Sage 300 experience is a plus
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
• Ability to anticipate challenges and develop practical solutions
