Assistant Superintendent Miami, FL

This general contractor is local to the Miami-Dade area and working throughout Broward. They work heavily on interiors in the commercial space. They are looking for individuals that have a light knowledge of construction already but are able & motiovated to learn.

• Support the Superintendent with day-to-day site operations to keep projects on track and within budget
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and field crews to ensure efficient execution
• Monitor schedules, track progress, and adjust plans to avoid delays
• Enforce site safety standards and conduct regular inspections
• Ensure quality control by verifying work meets project specifications
• Track site activity and provide progress updates to leadership
• Identify and resolve on-site issues and logistical challenges quickly
• Maintain clear communication with project teams, clients, and stakeholders
