Manufacturing Maintenance Manager

Job Type: Full-TimeSchedule: Monday-Friday, as needed on Saturday: 7am-4pmSalary: $60,000-$70,000 annually *based on experience* Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and motivated Maintenance Supervisor to lead and support our operations across both office and manufacturing environments. This role is responsible for overseeing the team that operates and maintains facility equipment, ensuring optimal equipment reliability, reducing downtime, and driving overall plant performance. In addition, the Maintenance Supervisor will provide maintenance oversight and support for front office facilities as needed.The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong organizational and technical skills, capable of effectively coordinating in-house maintenance operations, well as external contractors and vendors to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects and repairs. Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise, schedule, and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure safe and efficient operationsOversee preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance programsSupervise subcontracted services and plant-related projectsDirect contractors and vendors to resolve issues that cannot be solved in-houseSpecify, evaluate, and purchase equipment through purchase authorizations and plant processesEnsure compliance with safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirementsTroubleshoot equipment issues and support continuous improvement initiativesMaintain accurate maintenance records and documentationCollaborate with production teams to optimize equipment performance QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required; technical degree or related certification preferred3–5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environmentPrevious supervisory or leadership experienceStrong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systemsExperience managing contractors and outside vendorsAbility to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong communication and leadership skills Physical RequirementsAbility to walk production floor regularlyAbility to lift up to 50 lbsAbility to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, temperature changes, and machinery BenefitsCompetitive salaryHealth, dental, and vision insuranceLife and disability insurance401(k) with company contributionAdditional retirement fund opportunitiesPaid time off and holidaysEmployee discounts / referral programProfessional development opportunities If you are interested in this position, please apply on Indeed.
