Job Summary
A growing exterior remodeling company in the Frasier , MI area is looking for a driven Roofing Sales Consultant to join the team. This is an outside sales role for a self-starter with a hunter mentality — someone who thrives on finding business, building relationships, and closing deals.
This company is expanding across residential, commercial, multi-family, and government sectors, and the right person will have the opportunity to grow into a leadership role.

What You'll Do
- Generate and close sales for residential exterior remodeling projects (roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and more)
- Conduct on-site consultations with homeowners — assess needs, present solutions, and deliver accurate project estimates
- Self-generate leads through canvassing, networking, referrals, and community presence
- Deliver a premium customer experience from first contact through project completio
- Attend weekly team meetings and training sessions
- Be available Monday through Saturday,

- 1 years of outside sales experience in roofing, construction, home improvement, or a related field (strongly preferred)
