Group Home - Support individuals with activities of daily living, medication management, foster community integration, and much more.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assistance with activities of daily living
- Encouraging community activities
- Administration of medication as needed
- Monitor resident’s overall wellness
- Documentation
