Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and professionally
- Gather customer and vehicle information accurately
- Clearly document vehicle concerns and symptoms
- Recommend maintenance and repairs based on vehicle age, mileage, and history
- Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for parts and labor
- Set and manage customer expectations for repair timelines
- Monitor repair progress throughout the day and provide regular customer updates
- Review final invoices to ensure accuracy and alignment with completed work
- Explain repairs, services, and charges in a clear and friendly manner
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
