Overview
Michigan Bark Products is seeking a dynamic Front and Loader Operator / JCB Load All to join our team and drive operational excellence in our warehouse, mill, and construction-related activities. This role is vital in ensuring efficient materials handling, loading, unloading, and transportation within our facility.
Duties
- Operate front loaders, JCB Load All machines, and other heavy equipment to load, unload, and move materials efficiently across the warehouse or construction site
- Handle materials with various equipment such as forklifts, facilitate smooth warehouse operations
- Assist with shipping and receiving tasks by loading and unloading trucks, verifying shipments, and maintaining accurate inbound/outbound logs
- Support warehouse distribution activities by organizing inventory, stacking pallets safely, and ensuring proper storage practices
- Collaborate with supervisors to coordinate daily tasks, prioritize order picking, and optimize workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of warehouse distribution processes including order picking, shipping & receiving, materials handling, and inventory management systems
- Experience preferred with heavy lifting, pallet jack operation, and load & unload procedures is highly desirable
- Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and adhering to safety standards
