Qualifications:

Required:

• Associate’s Degree in a business-related field
• Demonstrated proficiency with spreadsheets, word processing, data entry, and Google Suite
• 2 years of human resources experience in a public school system or 5 years of human resources experience outside a public school system.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a commitment to detail.

Preferred

• Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field.
• Proven written, verbal, active listening, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships across diverse groups.
• Proficiency in PowerSchool, MUNIS, and Red Rover Attendance and Time Management systems,
• MSBO HRS certification

Salary/Benefits:

Commensurate with credentials and level of experience and in accordance with MPS salary schedule. Full-time with benefit package. Salary Range $45,889.00 – $87,296.00.
