Responsibilities:
- Provide direct administrative support
- Manage calendars, scheduling, and logistics for assigned Judges/Attorneys
- Answer, screen, and route phone calls and emails professionally and efficiently
- Greet clients and visitors and represent the office with professionalism. Prepare, organize, and file documents
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and reliability
- Support daily office operations
What we are looking for:
- Prior administrative or office assistant experience
- Legal office experience preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, Outlook, Zoom, and WordPress
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic and reliable follow through
Compensation and Benefits: Negotiable based upon experience
Starting Level Experience: $15 per hour
Mid-Level Experience: $18 per hour
High-Level Experience: $23 per hour
Job Details: Part Time with Full Time potential: In- Person, Livonia, Monday – Friday 8:30am – 4:30pm
Pay: $15.00 - $23.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
