APEX Placement and Consulting has partnered with an exciting, family-owned injection molding company in Sterling Heights looking to add an Administrative Assistant/HR Coordinator to their already amazing team. Their primary responsibility will be to provide administrative support while assisting with HR, payroll, and accounting functions. Keep reading for more details!

8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday
- Competitive hourly rate of $22.00-$24.00, depending on experience
- Full-time, in-person position working 40 hours per week

What your day will look like:
- Provide clerical and administrative support to office staff
- Assist with basic accounting duties, including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Support HR functions and process payroll using ADP
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate employee and financial records
- Protect confidential and sensitive company and employee information
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience in a clerical, administrative or office support role preferred
- Experience with payroll processing and ADP, along with general HR knowledge
- Basic accounting knowledge, including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Strong computer and data-entry skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and manage time with strong organizational skills
