Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Shipping & Customer Service professional to join our logistics team. This role is vital in ensuring seamless order fulfillment, accurate shipping logistics, and exceptional customer support. You will be responsible for managing warehouse operations related to shipping and receiving, maintaining inventory accuracy, and providing outstanding service to our customers. Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipping logistics, including order picking, packing, and loading/unloading shipments .
• Prepare shipments with proper packaging, labeling, and trade compliance adherence for domestic deliveries.
• Maintain accurate records of all shipping & receiving activities.
• Optimize warehouse operations, including stocking, order fulfillment.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding order status, delivery timelines, and resolve any issues promptly with a focus on customer service excellence.
• Ensure compliance with shipping policies while maintaining safety standards during load & unload processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations, shipping logistics, or related roles within a distribution environment.
• Proficiency in inventory management software, Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in data entry and record keeping.
• Basic math skills for calculating weights, measurements, and quantities accurately.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 25.0 per week
