The Opportunity
This position begins as Executive Assistant to the Founder, working side-by-side with the owner of the firm.
Over time, the right individual will grow into:
President of Client Operations → Chief of Staff

What You’ll Do
You will become the right hand to the founder, helping ensure the firm operates smoothly while delivering an exceptional client experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing executive scheduling and priorities
- Coordinating client meetings and communications
- Helping create exceptional client experiences
- Assisting with operational organization and workflow
- Supporting strategic initiatives and projects
- Maintaining high levels of organization and detail
- Helping strengthen relationships with the wonderful families we serve

Compensation & Benefits
Starting Compensation
$60,000 base salary

Location & Schedule
Full-Time | In Office
Fort Worth, Texas
Typical Schedule:
Monday – Friday
8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Occasional client events may occur, though evening or weekend commitments are rare.
