Qualifications
- Experience with back office operations and account management preferred
- Detail oriented with a focus on accuracy in all aspects of work
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with health care executives and medical professionals
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required
- Data entry and documentation skills
- Client-focused with a strong sense of urgency
- Compensation considerations given to those with experience in EA work or healthcare staffing
Job Description
The account manager assistant role is a support role to the account manager. Duties will include data entry, provider phone calls, scheduling assistance among other tasks. Role might include some after hours call as staffing demands fluctuate.
