Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for policyholders and assist with account needs
- Manage and expand client accounts while identifying new business opportunities
- Present products and services to new and existing clients
- Follow up regularly to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Prepare reports on sales activity and account status
- Collaborate with leadership to meet team performance goals
- Handle contracts, orders, and related paperwork accurately
Qualifications
- Must reside in the state of Florida (required by state regulations)
- 1 year of sales or customer service experience (preferred, not required)
