Join MICHAELI BAKERY as an AM Baker in the heart of New York City! We are looking for a passionate and skilled baker to create delicious morning pastries and bread that delight our customers and elevate our brand.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of bread, pastries, and breakfast items to perfection.
- Ensure all products meet quality standards for taste, appearance, and freshness.
- Follow recipes and adjust ingredients as necessary to maintain consistency.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new and exciting menu items.
- Provide excellent customer service and interact positively with patrons.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior baking staff.
Requirements:
