We are seeking a dependable, detail‑oriented Accounting Clerk/Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our clients. This role blends front‑desk reception with administrative and basic accounting support. Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly and maintain a professional, welcoming reception area
- Answer and route calls using a multi‑line phone system
- Manage appointment calendars and schedule client meetings
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and document drop‑offs
- Assist with data entry, filing, and basic accounting tasks as assigned
- Maintain process‑tracking logs and support workflow organization
- Provide general administrative support to accountants and office staff
- Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care
Qualifications
- Previous experience in reception, administrative support, or accounting preferred
- Strong communication and customer‑service skills
