Michaels Energy is a $22M firm entering the next stage of growth. The goal for this position is clear: build a disciplined, scalable delivery engine capable of supporting $50M in service revenue without operational disorder. The Vice President of Delivery holds full portfolio P&L accountability and leads a multi-layer organization across engineering and three profit centers: Programs, Research & Evaluation, and Energy Solutions. This leader will build the operating system required to scale installing standardized delivery models, performance dashboards, capacity planning discipline, and margin accountability across the organization. This position will report to the COO and serve on the executive leadership team.
