Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Attorney to join our legal team.
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive legal research using tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw to support case preparation and legal analysis.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, legal documents, pleadings, motions, and other filings with precision and clarity.
- Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings to advocate for their best interests.
- Manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining organized records of all legal activities and correspondence.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies that align with clients’ goals while minimizing legal risks.
- Skills
- Extensive knowledge of multiple legal practice areas including estate planning, environmental law, immigration law, landlord-tenant law, family law, securities law, workers' compensation law, personal injury law, tribal law & regulations, litigation, patent law.
- Proficiency in legal research platforms such as LexisNexis and Westlaw for efficient case analysis and precedent discovery.
- Excellent writing skills for drafting clear legal documents and correspondence that withstand scrutiny.
- Demonstrated expertise in legal drafting across diverse case types with attention to detail.
- Experience in managing complex litigation cases from inception through resolution.
Pay: $90,510.78 - $175,000.00 per year
