The right candidate will have experience in the following areas:
- Make outbound follow-up calls to existing customer via telephone and emails to cross-sell, upsell and schedule pending estimates.
- Call potential customers that are generated by external lead sources
- Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities
- Answer new and existing customers' questions and sending additional information per email
- Keep up with product and service information and updates
- Maintain accurate records of contacts, accounts, and appointments
- Maintain corporate database by entering new customer data and update changes to an existing account
- Ability to overcome objections of prospective customers
- Close sales and achieve sales target
- Bachelor's or Associate's Degree Preferred, High School Diploma or GED Required
- Proven customer service experience
- Proven sales experience preferred
- Solutions oriented mindset to successful close customer sales
- Proven track record of over-achieving related to business key performance indicators (KPI's)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to handle phone calls successfully and display active listening skills
- Familiar with computer functionality
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities
- Flexible schedule, must be able to work weekends
- Team Oriented
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Possess higher level thinking skills, ability to follow a set process. Strategic thinker mindset
- Must be able to successfully pass a comprehensive background check
