Michael S. Coffin LLC is a landscape construction and horticultural management firm specializing in high-end residential properties throughout New England. We partner with leading landscape architects and design teams to execute complex sitework, material handling, and construction logistics with precision and efficiency.
We’re seeking a reliable and hardworking Driver / Operator / Laborer to support our construction teams. This is a hands-on role for someone who is comfortable operating equipment, assisting with material handling, and contributing to daily jobsite operations.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate company vehicles and equipment in support of daily operations
- Transport materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites
- Load and unload materials and equipment as needed
- Assist with field work when driving is not required
- Operate skid steers, excavators, and other equipment as needed
- Maintain clean, organized, and properly serviced vehicles and equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized yard and jobsite
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license (Class D) required
- Valid Medical DOT Card preferred
- Experience operating skid steers and excavators
- Ability to tow small trailers (landscape trailers, mixers, compressors, etc.)
- Strong work ethic and willingness to perform physical labor
- Familiarity with the Greater Boston area

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
