We’re seeking dependable and motivated Construction Crew Members to support our field teams in the execution of high-end landscape construction projects. This role is ideal for individuals who are hands-on, detail-oriented, and interested in growing their skills within a team that values professionalism and quality craftsmanship.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with site preparation, landscape masonry, and planting
- Follow direction from crew leaders and supervisors to execute plans efficiently
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
- Operate hand tools and basic machinery with care and attention to safety
- Maintain clean and organized work areas on-site
- Support overall project goals with a positive and reliable work ethic
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in landscape construction preferred, but not required
- Willingness to learn proper construction techniques and landscape best practices
- Basic familiarity with tools and construction equipment a plus
- Comfortable working outdoors in a physical, team-based role
- Strong attention to detail and a dependable work ethic
