Description

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to drive loan portfolio growth.
• Operate within the commercial and industrial loan market
• Analyze client needs and recommend tailored financial solutions aligned with banking and financial services objectives.
• Assess credit risk and prepare detailed loan proposals for internal approval processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of financial services to clients.
• Monitor loan performance, ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
• Provide market insights and strategic recommendations to enhance portfolio performance.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering expertise in banking and financial services products.

Profile

A successful VP/AVP, Loan Relationship Manager should have:

• 5 years of local market experience
• Previous commercial and industrial experience
• Experience working with Taiwanese or Chinese-background banks/companies/leaders is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess creditworthiness and risks.
• Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in banking.
• A proactive approach to identifying business opportunities and driving results.
