Job Description
- Develop and execute validation protocols for engineering and manufacturing processes.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
- Analyze and document validation test results for process improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production workflows.
- Identify and troubleshoot potential issues within processes and provide solutions.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare detailed validation reports.
- Support audits by providing documentation and validation evidence as needed.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of validation procedures and practices.
The Successful Applicant
- A degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and standards for validation processes.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent documentation and organisational skills.
- A proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.
- 70-90,000 based on experience a with bonus ranging form 5-10k
- 3 weeks POT/sick
