Job Description
As the Traveling Superintendent, reporting to senior project leadership, you will be responsible for the successful on‑site delivery of projects nationwide.
- Lead day‑to‑day field operations from mobilization through close‑out
- Maintain project schedules, site safety, and quality control standards
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and self‑perform crews
- Act as the primary on‑site representative with clients and inspectors
- Drive lean site execution on mid to large commercial projects
- Enforce safety programs and ensure regulatory compliance
- Support preconstruction planning and constructability reviews

The Successful Applicant
For The Traveling Superintendent Role, We Are Seeking
- Proven experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects
- Background in industrial, manufacturing, distribution, transportation, or similar sectors
- Experience running your own sites with lean teams (not mega‑projects)
- Strong tenure and career stability (ideally 3 years per employer)
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively across the U.S.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to uphold safety, schedule, and quality without heavy oversight
- Competitive base salary: $110,000 - $165,000 (flexible for top talent)
