Job Description

• Lead day‑to‑day field operations, including scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and site logistics.
• Maintain rigorous safety practices and ensure compliance with all regulations and standards.
• Communicate proactively with project managers, owners, inspectors, and trade partners.
• Review plans, specifications, and scopes for accurate execution and quality control.
• Track progress, maintain site documentation, and anticipate project needs.
• Identify and resolve field challenges to keep work on schedule.
• Represent the company professionally on every project site.

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Traveling Superintendent Should Have

• 5 years of superintendent experience in K‑12, healthcare, or commercial construction.
• Strong knowledge of project sequencing, safety, and field operations.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate diverse trade teams.
• Experience with construction management software and daily reporting tools.
• Willingness to travel regularly with three days at home built into the rotation.
