Job Description
- Manage on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely.
- Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Monitor project timelines and budgets, resolving any issues that may arise.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure project specifications are met.
- Review and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
