Job Description
The Traveling Superintendent - Mission Critical Projects will:
- Manage daily site operations and coordinate subcontractors
- Oversee project schedules, sequencing, and milestone tracking
- Lead safety efforts and enforce company/site safety protocols
- Conduct site meetings, reporting, and progress tracking
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers and ownership teams
- Ensure quality control across all phases of construction
- Manage inspections, deliveries, and on-site logistics
The Successful Applicant
The Traveling Superintendent - Mission Critical Projects Will Have
- 5-15 years of construction experience with a GC
- Proven experience as a Superintendent on ground-up or large renovations
- Mission critical, commercial, or large-scale project exposure preferred
- Comfortable managing subcontractors, schedules, and site logistics
- Strong leadership and communication skills across field teams
- Open to travel or relocation for project assignments
- Experience with Procore or similar construction software is a plus
The Traveling Superintendent - Mission Critical Projects Will Receive
- Competitive base salary
- 10% salary uplift for traveling roles
- $195/day per diem (21 days/month)
- Monthly vehicle allowance ($500-$1,000)
