The team has an established pipeline of grocery and big‑box retail remodels as well as select ground‑up and renovation projects up to $35M in value.
Job Description
- Lead and manage field operations for grocery and big‑box retail remodel projects
- Oversee daily site activities, subcontractors, and vendors
- Plan and maintain project schedules, sequencing, and logistics
- Enforce safety protocols and company standards on all job sites
- Coordinate with Project Managers, owners, inspectors, and field staff
- Manage quality control and ensure projects meet contract documents
- Utilize Procore for daily reports, scheduling updates, and project communication
- Maintain strong client relationships, particularly in active, occupied retail environments
The Successful Applicant
- Experience as a Lead Superintendent on grocery or big‑box retail remodels
- Experience with national retail programs strongly preferred
- Comfortable managing fast‑paced, occupied‑store remodels
- Procore proficiency required
- Vehicle allowance: $750/month
- Competitive per diem
