Job Description
- Oversee day-to-day on-site construction activities to ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations at all times.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any challenges that arise.
- Collaborate with project managers to align on project goals and deliverables.
- Provide leadership and guidance to on-site teams to ensure high-quality workmanship.
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports and schedules.
- Facilitate effective communication between all project stakeholders.
