Job Description

• Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies to meet business goals.
• Oversee procurement activities to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize value.
• Analyze supply chain performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain processes with organizational objectives.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure alignment with demand forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
• Lead and mentor a team to achieve departmental goals.

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Supply Chain Manager Should Have

• Proven expertise in procurement and supply chain management, ideally within the retail industry.
• Strong analytical skills to assess supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Exceptional negotiation and vendor management abilities.
• Experience in inventory planning and demand forecasting.
• Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.
• Effective leadership skills to manage and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and collaboration capabilities.
• A degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
