Job Description

• Supervise and manage a team of paralegals, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Develop and implement processes to optimize workflow and improve efficiency in paralegal services.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to team members to enhance skills and performance.
• Collaborate with attorneys and other departments to ensure seamless support for legal matters.
• Monitor and manage workloads, ensuring appropriate resource allocation.
• Oversee compliance with legal procedures, firm policies, and industry standards.
• Prepare reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement within the department.
• Assist in hiring and onboarding new paralegal staff as needed.

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Supervisor, Paralegal Services Should Have

• Bachelor Degree is required.
• 5-7 years of paralegal experience, and experience (either formally or informally) in a supervisory role.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional organizational and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools used within legal and business support functions.
• The ability to work collaboratively with attorneys and cross-functional teams.
• A commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance.
