Description
The Project Manager will report into senior operations leadership and be responsible for overseeing commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This Project Manager position is ideal for someone who enjoys autonomy, takes ownership of projects, and thrives in a lean team environment.- Manage projects from inception through completion, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule objectives are achieved
- Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and project stakeholders throughout all phases of construction
- Monitor project costs, contracts, change orders, and financial performance
- Lead project planning, scheduling, procurement, and risk management efforts
- Collaborate closely with Superintendents to drive successful project execution
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular project updates
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with contractual requirements
Profile
For the Project Manager we are seeking:- 5 years of Project Management experience within commercial construction
- Proven ability to independently manage projects from start to finish
- Experience overseeing projects valued between $10M-$30M
- Strong background in commercial, multifamily, municipal, nonprofit, or public-sector construction projects
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Hands-on leadership style with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable operating within lean project teams with significant ownership and responsibility
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining schedule and budget objectives
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
