Superintendent

This long-term development consists of over 1,000 units across multiple phases and offers the opportunity to play a key role on a high-profile residential project with years of backlog and growth ahead.

Phase 1 includes approximately 300 garden-style apartment units across multiple 3-story buildings with carport parking and extensive site amenities.

Description

• Manage all aspects of construction projects, from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to schedule and budget.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Oversee site safety and compliance with all regulations and standards.
• Review and interpret blueprints, project plans, and specifications.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Resolve any issues that may arise during construction to minimize delays.
• Maintain high-quality standards across all phases of construction.
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

Profile

A successful Superintendent should have:

• Proven experience managing construction projects in the property industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills to manage teams effectively.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications.
• Problem-solving skills to address challenges and ensure project success.
