Job Description

• Manage all on-site construction activities and ensure compliance with project plans and schedules.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues that may arise during construction.
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment for all team members.
• Ensure quality standards are met throughout all phases of the construction process.
• Communicate regularly with project managers and other team members to provide updates and resolve challenges.
• Oversee site inspections and ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records.

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Superintendent Should Have

• Proven experience in construction management within the property industry.
• 5-10 years of on site experience
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to solve problems and adapt to changing project needs.
• Effective communication and organizational abilities.
