Description

• Manage daily on-site operations, ensuring compliance with project timelines and budgets.
• Supervise subcontractors and construction teams, maintaining high-quality standards.
• Monitor safety protocols and ensure adherence to OSHA regulations.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve any issues.
• Oversee material procurement and inventory management for the site.
• Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure proper documentation of project milestones and inspections.
• Address and resolve any on-site challenges promptly and efficiently.
